Middle Configuration Specialist (CLM)

The solution automates workflows, improves operational efficiency, and helps reduce risks associated with contract handling across different markets. Requirements2+ years of experience working with enterprise systems (CLM, CRM, ServiceNow, ERP, SAP, or similar)Hands-on experience with system configuration (not limited to analysis or design tasks)Ability to elicit requirements and follow specifications carefully and work independently on assigned tasksStrong attention to detail and a structured, methodical approach to workEnglish level: Intermediate or higher (reading and writing) Would be a plusExperience with integrations or automation toolsKnowledge of contract management processesCertifications in enterprise platforms (e.g., Icertis CLM, Salesforce, SAP)PERSONAL PROFILE:Detail-oriented and methodicalStrong communication and interpersonal abilitiesCollaborative mindsetResponsibilitiesDevelop software components using C and RustContribute to the development of technical project documentation and user documentationParticipate in conference calls and face-to-face meetings with the Customer and Customer partnersComply with the best engineering practices, technical standards, and quality criteria set forth on the projectReport on status and progress according to the project and company demandsSpot current deficiencies in the development process, adopted procedures, engineering practices, environment configurations, etc., and suggest improvementsEscalate technical issues to the Architect, Team Lead, and Project ManagerImprove your qualification within the areas of expertise by attending various training courses, seminars, and/or other educational organizations
