JOB OFFERING We are looking for a Mid+/Senior IT Specialist to help us maintain and continuously improve our IT environment based on Microsoft 365, Azure and Intune (MDM). RESPONSIBILITIES Administration and continuous improvement of Microsoft 365 services (including Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Microsoft Defender)Administration and development of Intune / MDM (device configuration, compliance policies, application deployment, onboarding standards)Supporting Azure administration (RBAC, subscriptions, resource groups, monitoring and policies – within role scope)Managing access and permissions using IAM principles and PIM (least privilege, role assignments, access reviews, secure processes)Maintaining and supporting endpoints: Windows 10/11 and macOS (troubleshooting, deployments, standards)Hands-on implementation/support of network-related topics: routing, VLANs, VPN, IP addressing, DNS, DHCPEnsuring IT security posture and handling incidents (analysis, response coordination, improvement actions, policy enforcement)Creating and maintaining documentation, user guides, internal procedures and onboarding materialsTranslating technical topics into clear communication for non-technical users and stakeholdersHelping coordinate project work using agile-based approaches (e.g. Jira, prioritization, stakeholder collaboration)Occasional on-site visits are required for device setup, configuration, and hands-on IT support when needed.REQUIREMENTS Experience: 4+ years of experience as an IT Specialist / IT Administrator (or similar role)Practical experience in administration of:Microsoft 365 (Entra ID, Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Defender)Intune / Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MDM/MAM): compliance policies, configuration profiles, app deploymentAzure administration: RBAC, subscriptions, resource groups, monitoring, policiesStrong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and macOS administration and troubleshooting Practical understanding of networking and ability to implement/support it: routing, VLAN, VPN, IP addressing, DNS, DHCPUnderstanding of IAM concepts and practical experience with PIMSecurity mindset: ability to enforce policies, respond to incidents, and continuously improve controlsStrong communication skills and ability to work with users (including creating documentation and onboarding content)Full professional proficiency in Polish (C1)Professional working knowledge of English (min.
