At Scalac, we are looking for someone with experience in the IT industry to join us as a Growth Hacker / Sales Engineer and help drive sales and promote AI-powered solutions.This role is ideal for someone with a technical background who understands what they are selling and can translate it into real business value for clients. You don’t need to be a developer, but you should feel comfortable in a tech environment.Responsibilities-Work closely with the marketing team on growth initiatives-Build and own lead generation processes (outbound, inbound, partnerships)- Identify and acquire new leads through proactive outreach and growth strategies-Present and run AI tools demos for potential clients-Build, implement, and optimize sales automation processes to increase efficiency-Attend industry events and conferences (approx. once per quarter) to generate new business opportunities-Represent the company and actively sell technology solutions-Experiment with new growth channels and strategiesRequirements-Fluent business English (C1)-Experience in the IT industry-Strong understanding of technology and ability to quickly grasp products-Hands-on experience with AI tools and ability to demonstrate how you use them-Experience with sales automation tools (CRM, sequences, outbound campaigns, tools like HubSpot, Apollo, etc.)-Willingness to travel for conferences (approx. once per quarter)-Ability to collaborate closely with marketing-Proactive mindset and results-driven approachNice to haveExperience in selling IT services or SaaS-Background in roles such as Sales Engineer / Pre-sales / Growth / Business Development-Strong presentation and communication skills with technical clients-Familiarity with the AI and automation landscapeThe recruitment process consists of three stages:Interview with HRRecruitment task consisting of preparing a short video in which the candidate describes how they use AI tools in their daily workInterview with the CEOInterested in driving growth and shaping the commercial success of fast-growing AI-powered solutions?Apply now and help us scale innovative technology products, build strong sales processes, and bring AI solutions to clients across multiple industries!
