About the project
Your responsibilities
- Provide production support for PB Microsoft Dynamics products globally, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
- Analyze incident reports, diagnose system issues, and collaborate with development teams to implement effective solutions.
- Manage incidents and problem records using ServiceNow, coordinating resolution workflows efficiently.
- Support ongoing technical and process improvements in collaboration with Support teams, DevOps, and SRE personnel.
- Respond promptly to system alerts and execute necessary actions to maintain stability.
- Assist with weekend releases, system maintenance, and off-hours support as required.
Our requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in IT support or related roles within enterprise environments.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics, AWS, Azure, Java, Linux, Oracle, or similar databases.
- Experience managing incident, problem records, and change requests in ServiceNow or similar platforms.
- Solid background in IT support, DevOps, SRE, or IT Service Management.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and demonstrate risk awareness, including issue mitigation and control.
- A curious mindset with a desire to understand root causes and improve systems.
- Fluent English communication skills are essential.
Optional
- Prior experience working within banking or financial services, especially with HSBC or similar organizations.
- Knowledge of GSD/ServiceNow platform functionalities.
- Familiarity with organizational processes within large enterprises.
