Introduction & SummaryWe are seeking a Microsoft Fabric Data Engineer with over 7 years of experience to drive the design and development of a scalable, cloud-native data platform on Microsoft Azure. This role will involve integrating diverse data from multiple enterprise systems to establish a unified data ecosystem, allowing for robust analytics and AI-driven insights across various business domains.Main ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement automated data pipelines integrating 10+ enterprise systems.Develop efficient data models for analytics and AI insights.Implement strong data governance frameworks and optimize pipeline performance.Prepare structured datasets for consumption by BI and AI/ML models.Create technical documentation and conduct knowledge transfer sessions.Key RequirementsExpertise in Microsoft Fabric (MS Fabric)Proficient in Python and SQLExperience with Azure Functions and Apache KafkaSkilled in Docker ContainersData Modeling (Dimensional & Relational)Multi-Source Data Integration (SAP BW, SAP HANA, etc.)Knowledge of Event-Driven Architecture and Real-Time Data ProcessingUnderstanding of Data Governance and SecurityExperience with CI/CD and GitHubNice to HaveFamiliarity with SAP DataSphere and SAP ERP data structuresExperience in performance tuning and ETL/ELT processesOther DetailsThis position focuses on creating a unified data ecosystem in Azure, ideal for those with strong technical skills and a proactive mindset.
