We’re Hiring | Media Delivery & AI Governance Manager (MMM Focus)Remote - PTWe are looking for a Media Delivery & AI Analytics Manager to lead global media operations with a strong focus on Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), advanced media analytics, and AI‑driven measurement.This role sits at the intersection of media, data, finance, and technology, playing a key role in transforming media performance data into actionable insights that drive smarter investment decisions and maximize ROI.Main Responsibilities Lead global media delivery and performance analytics across markets Drive Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) frameworks to assess media effectiveness, incrementality, and ROI Translate complex analytical outputs into clear, business-ready insights Establish media data governance, taxonomy, and reporting standards Partner with agencies, analytics providers, and technology teams Design dashboards and executive-level performance reporting Key Requirements Strong experience in media analytics and measurement, with hands-on exposure to MMM Background in global media operations (brand or agency side) Solid understanding of AI-powered marketing and analytics tools Strong analytical mindset and stakeholder management skills Experience working with media data, governance frameworks, and financial performance tracking Nice to Have Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms Familiarity with statistical analysis software Knowledge of emerging media trends Other Details: This position is based in Portugal and operates under a remote work model.
