Master Data Specialist (m/f/x)

Create, update and maintain master data in SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP MDG, Akeneo and CRM
Ensure data accuracy, consistency and compliance with internal standards and regulations (GDPR, SOX, Ethixbase)
Perform regular data checks and cleansing to eliminate duplicates and inconsistencies
Support implementation of global data governance standards and processes
Collaborate with Data Owners, EDM, SSC and local Business Units across workstreams
Contribute to ERP rollouts, system upgrades and master data improvement initiatives
Monitor data quality KPIs, analyze issues and recommend corrective actions
Prepare reports supporting governance and audit requirements

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Information Systems or related field
1–2+ years of experience in Master Data Management (finance or enterprise data context preferred)
Practical knowledge of SAP (ECC / S4HANA / SAP MDG) as a plus
Understanding of data governance principles and data quality controls
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
Ability to work in a structured, process-oriented environment
Very good communication skills in an international setting
Experience working in global / matrix organizations in preferably SAP environments
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
Fluent English (mandatory) + additional language as a plus (Spanish is a strong asset)
Knowledge of at least 1–2 Master Data domains as a plus: Vendor, Customer, Material or Finance
