Marketing Specialist

Abriga is a cosmetics company developing modern beauty and wellness brands with a strong digital-first approach. We combine product quality with consistent brand communication across multiple marketing channels, working closely with both international and Polish marketing agencies. Social media, video content, and clear brand storytelling play a key role in how we reach and engage our audience. We are looking for a Marketing Specialist who will support daily marketing operations, coordinate agency cooperation, manage social media profiles, and actively contribute to creating engaging content that strengthens our brands’ presence and consistency across markets.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinating ongoing cooperation and operational communication with international and Polish marketing agenciesSupporting and executing content creation across multiple marketing channelsManaging and maintaining company social media profilesCreating and editing short-form video content (reels, clips) using tools such as CapCut, Canva, or similarCollaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent brand communicationRequirementsFluent English (C1 level or higher), enabling effective communication with international agencies and partnersHands-on experience with social media management and content publishingAbility to create, adapt, and prepare marketing materials for different channelsPractical experience in creating and editing short-form video contentGood organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyProactive attitude, ownership mindset, and strong communication skillsExperience cooperating with both international and Polish marketing agencies is a plusWhat We Offer: Work in a fast-growing, international environmentReal impact on projectsSupport from an experienced team of professionalsDiscounts on our productsSharing the cost of sport activitiesLive insuranceTraining and development budget
