About The Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytically minded Marketing Operations Specialist to join our Marketing Growth Team. This role sits at the intersection of campaign execution, marketing operations, and data analysis, reporting to the Campaign Manager.

You’ll be the operational engine behind our B2B marketing campaigns - ensuring they run smoothly, are properly tracked, and continuously optimised based on performance data.

You’ll join a talented, highly motivated team of more than 200 Duco professionals across the US, UK, Europe, and APAC. We’re looking for someone who is organised, technically proficient with marketing systems, data-driven in their approach, and passionate about using automation and analytics to drive efficiency and effectiveness in marketing.

nd driving our CI/CD strategy, shaping build and release workflows, and developing tooling that accelerates developer productivity. You will be a key contributor to standardising delivery practices, improving automation across the SDLC, and ensuring our systems are monitored, observable, and resilient.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role where you’ll collaborate closely with engineering teams, guide best practices, and take ownership of mission-critical delivery and observability systems that support our growing customer base.
