What we are looking for, - Strong B2B/B2G marketing execution: writing, editing, project management, coordination, - Comfortable working directly with senior stakeholders and founders, - Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a changing environment, - Hands-on mindset with the ability to think strategically about positioning and messaging, - Excellent English (written and spoken), - 5+ years of experience as Marketing Manager or in similar role, , Nice to have, - Experience in deep tech, defence and other highly technical sectors, - Experience in B2G / public sector or other sectors with long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, - Experience running conference booths and event logistics, - Familiarity with Hubspot, website workflows and basic analytics,
