Manager Financial Crime Analysis

Degree holder (or equivalent) with proven analytical and problem-solving skills, preferably with experience applying these at a strategic level in the fields of financial crime, government, policy research, consulting or finance., Strong ability to think critically and make assessments and recommendations from information that is potentially imperfect or incomplete., Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with extensive experience drafting reports and effectively communicating complex issues in clear and succinct language for senior stakeholders., Knowledge of and/or background in financial crime or macroeconomic themes that impact the financial crime landscape, such as geopolitics or the evolution of payment technologies., A curious and agile mind, able to engage on a wide range of issues and acquire new knowledge. Superior critical thinking and analytical reasoning skills and high standards for personal achievements and development., Self-starter that takes ownership and drives projects, with direction from leadership. Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments, delivering results without step-by-step guidance., Strong team player with a flair for building relationships and willingness to proactively engage with stakeholders across the organisation to gather information and influence outcomes., Highly desirable: experience with data analysis, including interpretation and transformation of data sets, delivering insights from raw data, and producing effective and innovative data visualisations., Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, and functional research and intermediate written communication ability in French.
