Manager Electrical Engineering for Security and Building Automation Systems (m/f/d)

Einleitung

As Group Leader ELV & LSS in the Engineering department, you will play a decisive role in the management and further development of a motivated team. You will be responsible for managing projects and engineers in the field of electrical monitoring, security and building automation systems. You will work closely with various interdisciplinary departments to develop and implement innovative technical solutions.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Management and development of a highly qualified team of engineers in the field of ELV&LSS
• Responsible for the planning, implementation and supervision of projects in the field of electrical low voltage and security systems.
• Ensuring quality, efficiency and compliance with technical and legal requirements in all projects.
• Working closely with the specialist departments and external partners to optimise processes and systems.
• Implementation of innovative technologies and solutions in the area of ELV & LSS.
• Responsibility for budget planning and resource management within the projects and the group.
• Supporting the further development of technical standards and best practices within the company.
• Promoting open communication and knowledge sharing within the team.

Ihr Profil

• Degree in electrical engineering, automation or information technology, alternatively a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in the field of ELV (Extreme Low Voltage) and LSS (Life Safety Systems).
• Experience in leading and developing teams, ideally in the engineering field.
• Sound knowledge in the planning, implementation and maintenance of electrical safety and building automation systems.
• Confident handling of system-relevant norms, standards and regulations.
• Strong communication skills and team-orientation.
• Strategic thinking and hands-on mentality when solving complex technical challenges.
• Very good command of written and spoken German, good command of English also required
