Manager Category Finance FP&A Poland & Baltics m/f

Minimum 7–10 years of progressive finance experience with FP&A as one of them, with at least 4+ years in a formal people-management role, demonstrating a track record of developing high-performing teams., Solid commercial / FP&A finance experience and deep understanding of FMCG P&L levers, including commodity price impact. Well organised with excellent analytical, reporting and presentation skills., Great ability to navigate a complex matrix environment. You must be comfortable "managing up" and influencing senior leadership across different geographies and functions., Experience in automating manual processes is a significant plus., Proven ability to move beyond the "what" of the data to the "so what" and "now what," providing strategic foresight rather than just hindsight., University degree in Finance/Economics., Fluency in English and Polish; international experience is a benefit.
