You are a manager with at least 2 years of experience in people management
You have experience leading and developing professionals in a software development environment
You exhibit enthusiasm, drive and self-reliance with a high degree of commitment and ownership
You have excellent communication and relationship management skills, with a strong focus on developing, mentoring and coaching.
You have exceptional people management skills, with the ability to uncover individual motivations and effectively apply situational leadership
You have a curious approach to problem-solving and can challenge existing practices, if needed
You are fluent in English for effective collaboration in a global setting.

Full-time work agreement, with a permanent contract after 3 months
Hybrid working model (2 days per week in the Warsaw office)
