We are expanding our Investor Relations organization and are looking for you to strengthen our team as a Management Assistant Investor Relations (m/f/d). In this pivotal role, you will actively contribute to the planning, coordination, and delivery of our global investor engagement program. Working closely with senior members of the Investor Relations team and executive management, you will combine high‑quality executive support with hands‑on responsibility for corporate access, investor engagement logistics, and investor insight. This position blends administrative excellence with growing ownership of access planning, analysis, and execution — offering a strong foundation for future development within Investor Relations, capital markets, or broader corporate functions.

Your responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Head of Investor Relations and senior Investor Relations team members, including complex calendar, correspondence, and meeting coordination across time zones.
  • Plan and manage extensive executive travel and logistics for global roadshows, conferences, and internal meetings.
  • Lead and support procurement activities (including vendor selection, contract coordination, expense approvals) and track, manage, and report departmental budgets and spending.
  • Coordinate and execute the annual Investor Relations engagement program with senior Investor Relations colleagues.
  • Manage logistics for investor meetings, roadshows, conferences, and corporate access events across multiple geographies and time zones.
  • Serve as a central point of contact for inbound meeting requests from equity and debt investors, ensuring appropriate access to relevant internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare itineraries, agendas, briefing packs and maintain detailed engagement calendars for management and Investor Relations leadership.
  • Collect, organize, and analyze investor and analyst information, including monitoring feedback, market themes, and priorities of equity, fixed‑income, and ESG investors.
  • Build relationships with external equity and debt capital markets teams to stay informed about market sentiment and investor priorities.
  • Prepare, format, and maintain investor materials (presentations, Q&A, briefing books), support IR website content updates, and ensure proper handling of confidential, price‑sensitive information in line with regulatory requirements.

Your qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in executive management support, investor relations, corporate access, corporate communications, or financial services, combined with exposure to investor relations operations or corporate access activities (equity, debt, or ESG investors beneficial).
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate complex schedules, travel, and logistics in a fast-paced, senior-stakeholder environment.
  • Awareness of the regulatory environment governing capital markets and handling of price-sensitive information.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, confident in engaging stakeholders at all levels of seniority.
  • Strong organizational, project-management, and time-management capabilities, with a highly detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-focused approach.
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective internal and external relationships.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with IR, CRM, or investor targeting tools is an advantage.
  • Excellent command of English and German; another European language is beneficial.
