What you create

• Coordination and timely tracking of technical tasks in the maintenance system
• Planning and prioritization of maintenance according to personnel and plant capacity
• Coordination with specialist departments and cooperation with internal customers
• Advising internal customers on maintenance and service issues
• Participation in the optimization of internal maintenance strategies and maintenance of internal maintenance software
• Management, maintenance, and provision of spare parts
• Performing maintenance, servicing, and repair work on laboratory equipment and systems
• GMP-compliant documentation of all measures
• Planning and scheduling external service providers
• Coordinating and providing on-site support to external service technicians
• Checking the GMP-compliant documentation of external service providers

What you bring along

• Completed technical training (e.g., mechatronics engineer, electronics technician, medical technician, laboratory technician) or comparable qualification
• Experience in the maintenance of laboratory or production equipment, ideally in a GMP-regulated environment
• Knowledge of GMP requirements and documentation standards is an advantage
• Organizational skills and a structured and independent way of working
• Strong communication skills and service orientation in dealing with internal and external partners
• Confident use of common IT systems (e.g., MS Office, ideally maintenance or ticket systems)
• Knowledge of maintenance software is an advantage, e.g., MaintMaster, SAP, etc.
