University degree in Engineering or related science, Minimum 5 years of professional experience in production department, Minimum 3 years of professional experience managing maintenance activities, Profound knowledge of software applications, mainly MS Office, Knowledge of IWS, TPM and lean manufacturing, Specialized in IWS BDE and MP&S DMSs, Deep experience in IWS Autonomous Maintenance and Progressive Maintenance Pillars, Knowledge of Failure Root Cause Analysis, Experience in the tobacco industry will be an additional advantage, Very good English (written & spoken), Spirit of team work and flexibility to cooperate in a multinational environment, Good communication skills
