Machine Operator (m/f/d) (Maschineneinrichter/in (allgemein))

Your tasks:

- Operate document production machines
- Prepare machines for daily production: load materials, Clean up the Machine
- Monitor job progress and machine performance to ensure efficient workflow
- Conduct quality checks finished documents for alignment, completeness, and correct finishing
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues and perform basic maintenance
- Follow job instructions, work orders and precisely to ensure compliance with customer specifications and internal standards
- Maintain accurate production logs and report any deviations and equipment issues to the supervisor
- Adhere to safety protocols, data protection, and confidentiality requirements, particularly in secure document environments
- Support team members and shift activities to meet overall production goals

Your profile:

- Experience in operating machinery in a production environment is preferred
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to learn new machines quickly
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work accurately with documents
- Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and attention to detail
- Basic computer skills are an advantage
