We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Counsel Semiconductors, SaaS, Software Licensing to join us. This is a fantastic opportunity for a lawyer who is eager to enhance the lawyer's practical experience in contract drafting, negotiating, intellectual property law and the startup ecosystem.

Your tasks

Tasks

Your work will focus on contract drafting and negotiating in the fields semiconductors, SaaS and software licensing

Key responsibilities:

• Assist with the drafting, reviewing and negotiating of commercial/IT contracts and IP agreements
• Conduct legal research on various topics, including IP law, regulatory and compliance matters
• Participate in client meetings
• Maintain and organize legal files and documentation

Requirements

• Admitted to the bar in the European Union or US
• Strong academic record with a focus on commercial/IT law
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German required, Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
