A university degree in Law or equivalent legal qualification., Excellent English skills., Strong experience in contract review, negotiation and commercial legal advisory (preferably within an international environment). At least 3 years of relevant experience is required., Solid understanding of compliance requirements and corporate governance., Experience collaborating with senior management and supporting large‑scale commercial deals., A structured, analytical mindset with the ability to balance quality and deadlines., Strong communication skills and the ability to convey key messages clearly., A cooperative, outward approach and the ability to work across cultures and geographies., The resilience to stay calm under pressure and drive tasks to completion.
