Lean Manager (M/F)

Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Management, Operations, or related field;, Experience: Proven experience in Operational Excellence, Lean Management, Continuous Improvement, or production management (2-4 years);, Languages: Fluent English (both written and spoken). German is a plus;, Skills: Analytical thinking, strong leadership and change management skills and excellent communication skills. Analytical, and problem-solving mindset;, Certifications: Lean Certification;, Methodologies: Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, TPM, TFM, Kaizen, Kanban, and VSM., Experience with Production Systems is a plus;, Experience in Automotive, Tier 2 or Tier 1 as well as knowledge about Lean application in continuous / batch processes like extrusion process are considered a plus;, Certifications:  Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt) is a plus;, Six Sigma knowledge is a plus.
