Lead SAP Consultant (FICO, S/4 Hana Implementations)

At least 7–8 years of experience in SAP FICO, including hands on configuration and architecture-level solution design., Proven track record in leading SAP S/4HANA implementation projects or major workstreams within global rollouts., Deep expertise in FI and CO processes (GL, AP, AR, FA, AA, CCA, PCA, COPA, IO, Product Costing, closing activities)., Strong understanding of S/4HANA innovations such as Universal Journal, Fiori, parallel ledgers, extension ledgers, Document Splitting, and event-based processing., Experience in end-to-end process analysis, optimization, and design during S/4 transformations., Ability to lead teams, coordinate cross functional topics, and manage stakeholder expectations., Excellent communication skills in English or German (knowledge of both is a strong advantage)., Experience with advanced SAP Finance components such as Central Finance (cFIN), Group Reporting (GR), FSCM (Credit/Collections/Dispute), DRC (Document & Reporting Compliance), Product Costing/Margin Analysis, and BTP extensions (CDS Views, custom Fiori apps) will be considered a great advantage (not mandatory).
