Your responsibilities

• Backend implementation with Java springboot, postgresSQL, gRPC, Kafka, event-driven microservices, Azure devops, Argo CD, Redis, Observability
• Lead by example — still coding, but setting the bar for quality and craftsmanship
• Play a key role in driving delivery of ongoing projects and maintenance sprints
• Ensure high code quality standards across all codebases
• Maintain a strong focus on test coverage and clean coding practices
• Act as custodian of code merges and release deployment for higher environments
• Coordinate effectively with the testing/QA team during test cycles and releases
• Lead in root cause analysis and mitigation of an operational incident by investigating observability and application logs
• Support backend and frontend developers by breaking down development tickets and estimation
• Engage in high‑level design specifications and alignment with the System and Solution Architect
• Help Product Manager and Architect in maintaining the product backlog up to date
• Engage in continuous collaboration with digital core communities and DevSecOps and infrastructure teams for frameworks, processes, SDKs, and best practices
• Drive automation, observability, and CI/CD excellence
• Promote collaboration, teamwork, and a positive work atmosphere

Our requirements

• Experience with Java, Spring Boot
• Experience with PostGreSQL and MongoDB
• Experience with Confluent Kafka and K streams
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with Azure and AWS
• Proficiency in CI/CD using Azure DevOps
• Experience with Keycloak OIDC
• Knowledge of TypeScript / JavaScript, React, Material-UI, Redux, NGINX
• Business fluency in both written and spoken English
• University degree in computer science or an equivalent education
• 8+ years of experience working as a Software Engineer
• Familiarity with agile software delivery methodologies, e.g., SCRUM, Kanban
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence
• Effective cross-cultural communication with an international team
• Result oriented and collaborative working mindset

• Previous domain knowledge of document processing
• Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks
