Lead Cutover Manager (m/w/d)

Emagine is seeking an experienced Lead Cutover Manager (m/w/d) to drive a key BPO transformation program and to take full ownership of all cutover activities. You will ensure a seamless migration from legacy systems to SAP and maintain business continuity throughout critical go-live phases. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, system integrators, and senior stakeholders.Location: 50% Remote, and the rest in Nijmegen, the NetherlandsStart: ASAPWorkload: Full-time (5 days/week)Languages: Excellent English or DutchMain Responsibilities:Own and manage the end-to-end cutover strategy for SAP and connected systems, covering all pre-, during-, and post-go-live activities.Lead planning workshops with business, IT, and integrators to define scope, timelines, and responsibilities.Coordinate activities across functional (SD, PMC, EWM, PRD, QM, FICO, etc.), technical, and business teams.Define data migration sequencing, technical downtimes, and validation checkpoints.Develop and maintain a comprehensive cutover runbook, including timelines, dependencies, critical paths, and a clear RACI.Lead rehearsals and go-live execution, ensuring adherence to plan and timely escalation of issues.Monitor readiness, risks, and issues within a structured governance framework.Provide leadership during cutover execution and oversee a smooth transition into hypercare and the new operational environment.Key Requirements:Degree in Business Administration, IT, Finance, or related field.3+ years of SAP project delivery experience, including 2+ years as a Cutover Manager or similar.Proven success in at least two full-cycle SAP implementations across Finance, Logistics, Warehousing, or Sales.Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA and complex international system landscapes.Solid understanding of data migration, system landscapes, and business process integration.Experience coordinating multiple workstreams, vendors, and distributed teams.Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.Hands-on, proactive problem solver who stays calm under pressure.Fluent English required; German and Dutch are a plus.We are looking forward to receiving your application!
