Join us and help the world’s leading organizations unlock the value of technology and build a more sustainable, more inclusive world.YOUR ROLEThe role of the Knowledge Transfer Lead aims to organize, manage and execute all the necessary tasks needed to move knowledge from an organization to Capgemini.KTL team is looking for someone who is well organized and who will be be able to take on any new challenges presented to him/her as each transition is different from another.YOUR TASKSConduction of Knowledge Transfer related activities for on-going transitionsRequest Due Diligence information from Transition Manager and plan discovery with TMTeam leading of Knowledge Gatherers in transition/projectsClose co-operation with current service provider, the Customer and Delivery teamsClear definition of KT planning with assigned responsibilities and accountabilitiesAdequate analysis and detailed preparation of all KT artefactsSend regular status reportsOrganization of quality stage gates and UAT sessionsParticipation/supervision of KT sessions - reports review, ticket data analysis, procedures review, knowledge base/documentation reviewYOUR PROFILEService Desk backgroundExperience in Project Management Tools like MS Projects and MS Office would be an advantageKnowledge of project management methodologies/best practices would be an advantageStrong organizational skills required; including good time management skillsTeam leading of Knowledge Gatherers in transition/projectsExcellent English and German communications skills (both written and oral)Ability and comfort interacting with all levels of management, business leaders and technology stakeholdersTeam player with a positive attitudeWHAT YOU’LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HEREWell-being culture: medical care with Medicover, private life insurance, and Sports card.
