Key Account Specialist

University degree, Very good English skills, Medical or scientific education (medical, pharma or natural sciences) or experience in similar position, Ideally 3+ years’ experience in industry, Ability to work independently, Specialistic care market experience preferred, Ability to understand and communicate technical clinical materials clearly and effectively, Ability to develop critical relationships with physicians, nurses and ancillary staff within academic hospitals, clinics, and private practice facilities, Strong work ethic, ability to develop priorities and manage time appropriately, integrates innovative ideas, and works with all members of a team appropriately in order to accomplish corporate and individual objectives, Team player who behaves in compliance with ALK cultural beliefs, Demonstrate belief and passion for the brand, Convey ideas and plans clearly to ensure broad understanding, Generate support for ideas and plans through persuasion and consensus, Work with all relevant internal stakeholders to canvass opinion and request input to support the planning process, Clear communication to all levels of the organization – create clarity for the brand and its positioning in the market, Utilize innovative thinking to overcome barriers and hurdles faced in the field, Track success and develop rapid corrective activities if needed, High scientific profile with the ability to take on board new and complex clinical information, Must be PC literate in Microsoft Office, Should aim to spend approx. 75% of his/her time in the field, working with the external audiences
