WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • In this role, you implement and drive the overall business and sales strategy for defined key customers in the vertical market while analyzing the market environment, managing your sales pipeline, and planning customer and sales targets, including concrete action steps.
  • By planning and executing sales activities, you ensure revenue growth and the achievement of commercial targets, and you also prepare and maintain business plans, forecasts, and regular sales and revenue reports for management.
  • Through your strong relationship-building skills, you establish, maintain, and grow customer relationships and actively manage your network with key stakeholders.
  • When preparing leads and negotiating proposals, you ensure professional follow-up and successful contract closings, involving technical support, marketing services, or channel partners whenever necessary.
  • With your contribution to product developments, service programs, and improvement measures, you support the vertical business and additionally participate in marketing activities such as promotions, events, or fairs.
  • In close collaboration with Credit Control, you ensure that channel purchasing ability remains clear and aligned with your business objectives.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • With your university degree, e.g., in business administration or equivalent practical knowledge, you bring experience in the field and demonstrate a proficient understanding of processes, technologies, products, or other expertise essential for this role.
  • Thanks to your strong command of English and German at native-speaker level, you utilize recognized planning, analytical, and conceptual techniques effectively and communicate confidently in all business contexts.
  • In applying principles of effective project management, you draw on technical data knowledge to provide sound analyses that significantly drive results and support management decisions.
  • With a clear understanding of legislation and regulatory requirements relevant to the business, you adopt a challenger approach and ensure that your decisions and recommendations reflect both compliance and commercial impact.
  • Through your solid background in B2B business and account development, you demonstrate very strong communication and negotiation skills, and your hunter mentality enables you to actively identify new opportunities.
  • By leveraging your excellent understanding of TCO and ROI, you sell based on value and ensure that you articulate business benefits convincingly to customers and stakeholders.
  • In addition, you bring the willingness to travel on a weekly basis within Germany in order to actively maintain customer relationships and drive strategic projects forward on-site.
