We are looking for a Junior E-Learning Administrator to support our teams and clients in the day-to-day administration of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and the delivery of digital training programs. This role is a great entry point into the e-learning, HR Tech or systems administration area - especially if you enjoy working with data, supporting users and learning new tools in an international environment. Your responsibilities:Support the administration of client Learning Management Systems (LMS)Upload, update and test e-learning content and virtual training sessionsEnroll participants in training sessions, prepare basic reports and ensure data accuracy in the LMSProvide daily support to platform users (client employees worldwide) in EnglishFollow existing procedures and support their maintenance and improvementAssist in resolving basic technical and organizational issues in cooperation with the teamWe are looking for you, if you have:Good knowledge of MS Excel (basic formulas, data handling, tables)Working knowledge of MS Office 365 (Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word; SharePoint is a plus)Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindsetEnglish proficiency at B2 level or higher (daily communication)High attention to detail and ability to work with structured processesWillingness to learn and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyWe offer:Participation in interesting and challenging projects.Flexible working hours.A great, non-corporate atmosphere.Opportunities for development and promotion.Attractive package of benefits.Work model: hybrid (2 days per week from the office) We reserve the right to contact the selected candidates.
