Junior Software Quality Assurance Engineer

About the roleWe're looking for a Junior QA Engineer who will support software quality by creating and executing tests in an Agile environment. This role offers growth in manual testing, API testing, SQL, and a path toward automation and cloud technologies.ResponsibilitiesCreate and execute manual test casesPerform functional, regression, and integration testingValidate data using SQLTest APIs (e.g. Postman, Bruno)Report and track defects (JIRA)RequirementsTechnical degree (Computer Science or similar)Min. 2 years of QA experience (including internships)Solid understanding of software testing fundamentals and QA best practicesHands-on experience with manual testing and test case designBasic to intermediate SQL skills (queries, joins, data validation)Experience with API testing tools (e.g. Postman, Bruno)Basic experience with UI test automation (e.g. Playwright)Familiarity with issue-tracking tools (JIRA or similar)English at B2 level or higherAbility to work in an Agile, collaborative team environment
