Introduction & Summary:We are seeking a Junior Salesforce Admin with 1–3 years of experience to support our team in optimizing the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will possess a basic understanding of Salesforce, alongside familiarity with Jira and Confluence. Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are essential qualifications for this role.Main Responsibilities:Performing basic Salesforce configuration tasks (e.g., user management, security settings)Assisting in creating and managing reports and dashboardsSupporting data import/export activitiesProviding user training and supportKey Requirements:Basic understanding of Salesforce platformKnowledge of Jira and ConfluenceGood English proficiencyEagerness to learnStrong teamwork and communication skillsNice to Have:Salesforce Certified Administrator certification
