Junior Quality Manager m/f/d - food ingredients | part-time or full-time | Vienna 22

Our client is a successful, family-owned international company specializing in the manufacturing of food ingredients. The company develops natural products for global food customers in more than 80 countries and operates production facilities in Lower Austria. With steady growth and an open, corporate culture, our client offers an exciting opportunity as a Junior Quality Manager to join a dynamic and committed team for the modern Vienna office (22nd district / U1 / VIC).

Your exciting tasks

• Create and update product data sheets (with QA)
• Prepare and coordinate certificates of analysis and quality-related documentation for orders
• Handle quality-related customer inquiries, questionnaires and complaints
• Dispatch analyses (e.g.allergens, microbiology, GMO..), declarations of conformity, statements
• Participate in regular QA meetings
• Coordination with Production
• Support the Sales in quality related matters

Your profile

• Degree in Food Technology, Food Science or a comparable qualification (e.g. BOKU Vienna, HTL Holla-brunn/ HBLFA Wieselburg)
• At least 2–4 years of professional experience in a similar quality or QA role, within an international company
• Solid knowledge of food certificationsand general quality matters
• English & German fluency; any additional languages are a plus
• Very good skills in MS Office
• Independent, structured and detailed working style
