About the project

Your responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of client onboarding and implementation projects within a global program, ensuring timely and quality execution.
• Coordinate activities across local Transfer Agency teams in Poland and global stakeholders, maintaining alignment and collaboration.
• Oversee project timelines, dependencies, risks, and communication strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
• Act as a key point of contact between operations, business units, and global governance teams.
• Support process transformation and standardization initiatives following acquisitions and integrations.

Our requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in banking industry.
• 1–2 years of Project Management experience, with a proven track record in client onboarding, migration, or implementation projects.
• Hands-on experience working in global or multi-location environments.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent in English, with additional proficiency in Polish.

Optional

• Certifications in project management or process improvement.
• Background as a Business Analyst transitioning into Project Management.
