Junior Production Analyst

We are looking for a Junior Production Analyst who is eager to learn and grow in a technical environment. You will help maintain production systems, support daily operations, and work closely with senior engineers and support teams to ensure our software runs smoothly.This role is a great opportunity for someone starting their career in IT, software support, or operations and looking to gain hands-on experience with production systems and video analytics technologies.ResponsibilitiesMonitor production systems and report any issues or irregularities.Help keep production software up to date under guidance from senior team members.Work with a ticketing system (Jira) to track incidents and tasks.Create and update technical documentation.Support the support team in investigating and resolving issues.Assist with monitoring and basic configuration of Video Analytics systems.Perform basic checks to verify that software works correctly before and after releases (Production Acceptance / PA process).Review application logs to help identify errors and potential bugs.Take part in projects focused on improving system stability and production quality.Learn and follow best practices for production support and troubleshooting.RequirementsBasic knowledge of Windows operating systems.Basic understanding of SQL (simple queries, reading data).Willingness to learn and develop technical skills.Curiosity and problem-solving mindset.Ability to work both independently and with a team.Attention to detail and responsibility for assigned tasks.Nice to Have (Not Required)Any experience with IT support, QA, or production environments.Familiarity with monitoring tools or log analysis.Interest in video analytics, computer vision, or software systems.Basic knowledge of networking or systems administration.Basic knowledge of Linux OS.What We OfferOn-the-job training and mentoring from experienced engineers.A supportive team and a structured learning environment.Hands-on experience with real production systems.Opportunities to grow into more advanced engineering or DevOps roles.Stable role with long-term development potential.Full remote position / hybrid work (office in Gliwice)Service contract/Employment Contract /B2B.
