Consumer brands use our Influencer Marketing Platform to discover and analyze brand-fit creators based on their published content. Our technology allows marketing teams to track and measure the content creator’s work across any social media platform, including Instagram Stories and Tiktok. We are seeking a motivated Junior IT Technician to join our technology team. This role is ideal for someone early in their IT career who is eager to learn and grow while contributing to the administration and automation of our Linux-based infrastructure.

Your Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will work closely with senior team members to maintain system reliability, develop automation solutions, and support our technical operations through scripting and process improvement.

• Assist in the day-to-day administration of Linux servers (RHEL / Debian)
• Monitor system performance, resource usage, and network connectivity
• Perform routine maintenance tasks including updates, patches, and backups
• Troubleshoot basic system issues and escalate complex problems when needed
• Develop and maintain automation scripts to streamline repetitive tasks
• Write scripts for log analysis, system monitoring, and reporting
• Provide technical support for hardware and software issues
• Assist with network troubleshooting and basic networking tasks
• Maintain accurate documentation of systems and procedures
• Stay current with industry best practices and emerging tools

Your Profile:

• 0-2 years of experience in IT support or system administration
• Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
• Fast learner with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Self-motivated to identify and implement process improvements
• Excellent attention to detail and logical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment
• Genuine curiosity about technology and automation solutions

Nice to Have:

• Experience with configuration management tools
• Familiarity with scripting in multiple languages
• Experience with virtualization technologies
• Understanding of monitoring and alerting systems
• Experience with database scripting and automation
• Knowledge of CI/CD concepts and tools

The minimum salary is EUR 34,650 gross per year on a Full Time basis. Your actual offer depends on your skill set and experience.
