About the project

Your responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting services for employees in all our offices (also remotely).
  • Be a part of our IT Administration Team in Warsaw.
  • Learn the art of preparing equipment for employees using modern technologies.
  • Manage users’ accounts and grant access to resources.
  • Implement improvements to the Microsoft 365 environment (SharePoint, Exchange, Teams, etc.).
  • Managing IT assets, such as hardware inventory and software license administration
  • Create technical documentation for internal use.
  • Prepare supporting materials for users and conduct training for new employees.
  • Cooperate with other support teams in other locations (also abroad).
  • Support Sollers employees regarding the use of applications and their features.
  • Implement and optimize IT procedures connected to workspace preparation, backup, etc.

Our requirements

  • First working experience as Helpdesk IT or 1st line support.
  • Strong sense of independence and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • To be an outgoing and approachable person with a genuine willingness to help others.
  • Knowledge of how to use and maintain office equipment – laptops, printers, etc.
  • Basic knowledge of Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, GPO, DHCP, DNS.
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365.
  • Experience in the usage and configuration of the Windows operating system.
  • To know the administration issues of the Windows and MacOS operating systems.
  • To have a team-oriented approach, build strong relationships, and communicate effectively with diverse teams to ensure seamless cooperation.
  • Good command of Polish and English (at least B2 level).
  • To be interested in a long-term cooperation and the development of competencies in broadly defined IT administration and infrastructure.
  • Taking care of service agreements for hardware, software and telecom services.
  • To be available to work full-time and ready to work from the office (at least 4 times per week).
  • Willingness to travel for short on‑site support assignments (2–3 days) in our offices in Poland and abroad, a few times per year.

Optional

  • Basic knowledge regarding TCP/IP networks.
  • Basic experience in Linux administration.
  • Knowledge of the administration issues of Linux and Windows.
  • Experience in the usage and configuration of those systems.
  • Know-how in managing Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.
  • Basic knowledge of cybersecurity.
