(Junior) Data Analyst – Revenue Accounting (K/M)

Master’s/bachelor’s degree or at least completion of the 3rd year of studies, preferably in economic / statistics / mathematics / IT disciplines, At least 3 years’ experience in service delivery, preferably in revenue accounting, Very good or fluent command of English (written and spoken): B2-C1 level, Intermediate knowledge of Revenue Accounting IT systems, e.g., OneRes (PNR History, E-Ticket Database), SAP (Beach, Sirax), Altea, SAMBA, Accertify, CORONA/ADW (reports), Ability to quickly adapt to and operate within diverse IT systems and analytical tools, Good knowledge of Excel – pivot tables, power query, analytical functions, data visualization and other advanced functions, Intermediate knowledge of the various reporting and data visualization methods such as BI tools (e.g., Tableau, KNIME – dashboards, charts, graphs), Proficiency in reading, creating, and optimizing SQL queries, First experiences in any software development languages such as Java or Python, Good knowledge about process improvement techniques (LEAN/KAIZEN methodology), Very good understanding of various business/operational indicators and their influence on the organization e.g. chargebacks, ticket issuance, sales audit, refunds, usage audit, etc., Good command of all Windows applications, Independent and self-organized, Ability to take decisions under time pressure and independently, Autonomous, proactive, and self-driven working style, Good time management and organizational skills, Numeric skills, Team player, Customer orientation, Excellent communication skills in an intercultural environment, High precision, dedication to deliver the objectives on time, Very good knowledge of end-to-end processes within Revenue Accounting will be nice to have
