Junior Data Analyst

Your responsibilities

• Provide operational support to the team in implementing the ESG strategy.
• Analyze and report on activities in the area of social engagement.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement sustainable development solutions.
• Collect and conduct preliminary processing of environmental data (energy, water, waste, emissions) for ESG reports and audits.
• Environmental Certifications and Audit Preparation Support.
• Support the calculation of Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions, including the use of relevant databases and emission factors (e.g., Ecoinvent).
• Work closely with ESG Reporting, IT, and Architecture teams to tailor technical solutions to business needs.
• Support the implementation of ESG reporting processes in line with applicable regulations and industry’s best practices.

Our requirements

• Experience with data processing, analysis, and reporting – preferably within ESG, CSR, or compliance.
• Structured and detail-oriented approach to data quality and documentation.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Technical understanding of dashboard tools, databases, and automation.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Experience with Power BI is a plus, as we plan to implement it.
• Proficiency in Excel is a must.

Optional

• Knowledge of CSRD, ESRS, the GHG Protocol, and double materiality assessments is an advantage but not a requirement.
