We foster a culture built around hybrid work in Wrocław (2 days in the office), while staying open to remote talent who value collaboration and real impact.Your role and main tasks:Responding to Dutch-speaking customers inquiries via email to achieve business goals and customer satisfaction.Providing information regarding order status, payments, as well as cancellation and return processes.Cooperating with internal teams (e.g., payments, complaints, logistics) to find the best possible solution for the customer.Ensuring a high standard of customer service and building positive relationships with customers.You will need:Professional requirements for the candidate: Excellent command of Dutch, both spoken and written, with accurate grammar (minimum B2 level).Prior experience in customer service, ideally within the e-commerce sector, is considered a plus.Personal requirement for the candidate:A strong passion for customer interaction, combined with a goal-oriented and customer-centric mindset.Demonstrates a high level of dedication and a creative approach to problem-solving.Committed to handling customer inquiries with exceptional care and personalized attention.Possesses a positive and empathetic attitude.Capable of independently resolving issues from initial contact to completion.
