Junior Credit Risk Analyst

Location: Warsaw, on site/hybrid 4days/officeContract Type: B2B/UZ 12 monthsSalary: up to 50zl/hour (b2b net+vat; UZ gross)We are looking for a Credit Risk Analyst to join a growing team in Warsaw, supporting global investment fund analysis and credit risk management. This is a hands-on role with on-the-job training and exposure to Hedge Funds, Mutual Funds, Private Equity, and Pension Funds.Key Details:• Start: ASAP• Language: English only (no Polish required)Responsibilities:Liaise with Investment Advisors and Fund Managers to source financial performance dataUpdate and maintain Net Asset Values, fund performance, and other key financial metricsMonitor fund portfolios and support credit risk management decisionsCollaborate with Credit Teams to identify potential risk areasContribute to process improvements and data accuracyWhat We’re Looking For:Detail-oriented with strong organizational skillsAbility to multi-task and work independentlyBasic accounting or financial analysis knowledgeExcel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP; VBA not required)Motivated team player with proactive learning attitudeNice-to-Have: Experience collaborating with Hedge Funds, banks, or other financial institutionsThis role offers a unique opportunity to gain global exposure, develop a deep understanding of investment strategies, and build a career in risk management.
