Junior Business Analyst – Strategy & Growth (Manufacturing Solutions)

2–3 years of experience in management consulting, business analysis, a related role, manufacturing operations, engineering, or digital transformation roles
Exposure to pharmaceutical manufacturing is highly preferred
Familiarity with digital manufacturing / Industry 4.0, process optimization, lean manufacturing, quality systems, and data-driven decision-making in operations
Experience supporting client-facing work or stakeholder engagement
Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially PowerPoint and Excel

Experience with low-code tools, analytics platforms, or digital transformation initiatives
Exposure to GxP, validation, or regulated environments
Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Experience supporting feature definition or coordinating requirements with product, UX, or delivery teams
Experience working within Agile delivery models (Scrum, SAFe, or hybrid environments)
