Position: Amazon Connect Business Analyst trainee

Program: Amazon Connect CCaaS AI LAB – IT Trainee Path

📍 Location:  Poland (hybrid, partially on site in Warsaw)

We are launching an intensive 3-week Cloud Contact Center AI LAB focused on building next-generation cloud contact centers based on Amazon Connect.

This program is designed for analytical profiles – students, graduates, and early-career professionals interested in business analysis, process design, and digital customer experience transformation. The best participants will be offered long-term employment after completing the Cloud Contact Center AI LAB.

What you’ll learn:

Starting April 13th, our experts will guide you through:

  • Working in real-world IT projects
  • Designing apps built on Amazon Connect
  • Learning how business requirements are translated into scalable cloud-based contact center solutions, working closely with technical teams and solution architects understanding how AI-driven features reshape customer journeys and operational models in modern CCaaS environments.

⏳ Lab Duration: 3 weeks

📆 Dates: April 13 – April 30, 2026

📍 Format: Online (opening and closing sessions in-person in Warsaw)

💼 Time Commitment: Part-time (up to 50% of a full-time equivalent)

💰 Compensation: Paid training + certification of completion
