Junior Applications Administrator (Microsoft Dynamics365)

Support business partners in an efficient and effective way by sharing knowledge and providing timely resolution for support tickets though various communication channels
Be a trusted partner - apply your expertise to deliver high quality solutions and thoughtful answers.
Cooperate with 2nd line support teams to properly escalate issues and actively drive knowledge transfer between teams.
Cooperate with software developers in order to design, test and implement features and functionalities in accordance with business requirements
Facilitate technical integrations between Allegro 1P and external partners through API.
Monitor system performance, proactively address risks and bottlenecks within process or system throughput.
Provide diligent on-duty.
Produce clear and structured documentation for end-users.

You have a University degree (Logistics, Finance or EECS - Electrical Engineering and Computer Science)
You’re fluent in English (min. B2) and Polish (C1)
You’ve worked in Retail or at least have an understanding of basic retail terminology
You’re familiar with Microsoft DAX2012 and/or Microsoft D365 F&O
