We’re Hiring: Junior Accounts Payable Accountant
Kickstart your finance career with us! We are looking for a proactive Junior Accounts Payable Accountant to join our AP Finance team and help keep our supplier processes running smoothly.
Your Role:
- Process vendor invoices and credit notes accurately in SAP
- Support clearing of invoice backlogs and resolve basic AP issues
- Review and resolve blocked invoices to ensure timely payments
- Respond to vendor inquiries and internal requests (via ServiceNow/email)
- Perform basic vendor reconciliations and follow up on open items
- Assist with compliance to internal accounting policies
- Report simple system issues to IT support
