Jr. Product Manager

Min. Bachelor degree (preferred technical field, however not mandatory)., Initial experience in product management and/or project management, or a digital environment (internships or working student roles)., Basic understanding of technical and regulatory topics., Good practical knowledge of MS Office pack (Excel, PPT, Word), Jira (or similar)., Excellent level of spoken and written Polish and English., Excellent communication skills, structured working style and strong team orientation., High motivation to learn, grow and take on responsibility., Proactive and solution‑oriented mindset., Curiosity about markets, user behavior and digital products., Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams., Willingness to travel occasionally.
