Jr Accountant, Member Compensation Accounting

6 months of experience in accounts payable, payments, or related finance functions is highly appreciated., Education in accounting, finance, or a related field., Strong customer service skills (email and phone communication)., Analytical mindset and willingness to improve processes., Working knowledge of MS Office; experience with Oracle or another ERP system is an advantage., Intermediate Excel skills., Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines., Strong communication skills and customer‑focused approach., Very good command of English (minimum B2)., Experience in a Shared Services or outsourcing environment is an asset but not required.
