The platform enables building tests, adding advanced analysis and logic, generating reports, and creating portable, maintainable tests designed for automated “lights out” regression testing.Position overviewWe are seeking a Software Engineer to join the development team and contribute to the design and architecture of enterprise-level solutions. This role involves building Eclipse plug-ins, client user interfaces, and integrating third-party applications, while mentoring junior developers and ensuring high-quality deliverables.ResponsibilitiesAct as a senior member of the software development team, contributing to release-specific designs and architectureOwn the design, development, and implementation of Eclipse plug-ins and client user interfaces within an enterprise architectureDevelop complex algorithms and document functionality clearlyPerform unit testing for implemented designsMentor junior developers and provide technical guidanceProvide accurate work effort forecasts and communicate risks and trade-offsDeliver high-quality work on time while maintaining a collaborative environmentRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field8+ years of professional software development experience6+ years of Java development experience3+ years in software team leadership or mentoring rolesSolid experience designing and implementing Eclipse plug-ins using SWT/JFace, EMF, and GEFStrong understanding of computer science fundamentals (memory management, threading, persistence)Ability to quickly learn and master new technologiesExperience with XML and relational databasesSome experience with web technologiesExcellent attention to detail and strong drive to deliver resultsStrong verbal, written, and presentation skillsExcellent English communication skills
