Your responsibilities

• lead, mentor, and support a development team of up to 5 engineers,
• work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to design, build, and deliver scalable software solutions,
• take end-to-end ownership of the software development lifecycle, from initial concept through production,
• promote best engineering practices and maintain high code quality standards,
• serve as a trusted technical partner for client architects and product owners,
• oversee day-to-day team operations,
• define, track, and improve team performance.

Employer requirements

• strong expertise in Java, Spring, microservices architecture, REST APIs, and integration patterns,
• experience with ORM frameworks (e.g. Hibernate, nHibernate, Entity Framework),
• practical knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, ElasticSearch),
• hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, TeamCity, Octopus, Azure DevOps, or CircleCI,
• cloud and DevOps background, including AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes,
• fluency in Polish and English,
• residence in Poland.

Optional

• experience in financial systems or regulated environments,
• familiarity with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue) is a plus.
