Java Full Stack Developer (Hybrid – 2 Days Onsite in Kraków, Poland)

We are looking for a skilled Java Full Stack Developer to join our team in Kraków. This is a hybrid role requiring 2 days per week onsite, offering the opportunity to work on modernizing enterprise systems and building scalable, cloud-native solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and support scalable services, microservices, and applications (both backend and frontend) using Java (11/17/21) and modern web technologies such as ReactContribute to the modernization of legacy systems, including migration from mainframe and IBM WebSphere to API-driven and microservices-based architecturesHelp reduce operational costs and system complexity through modern engineering practicesImprove testing efficiency by implementing and expanding automated testing frameworksEnhance Straight-Through Processing (STP) capabilities across services and platformsRequired Skills & ExperienceStrong experience with Java (11 or higher); experience with Java 17+ is highly preferredHands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerized environmentsProficiency with Git for version controlStrong command of Unix/Linux systems and CLI toolsSolid experience with databases and SQL (Oracle preferred)Good understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architectureFamiliarity with HTTP/web technologies and JavaScriptNice to HaveExperience with Reactjs for frontend developmentBackground working in a DevOps-oriented delivery teamKnowledge of application monitoring and observability toolsExperience with Spring / Spring Boot
