You'll always have the opportunity to consult with highly experienced team members, including our senior architects who are ready to share their expertise.What you will do: As part of our team, you'll: Design and develop scalable microservices using Java and Spring Boot Work on both international and domestic projects Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build full-stack solutions Create clean, efficient code and technical documentation Engage in code reviews and share knowledge with peers What we are looking for: 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Java Developer Experience with front-end development (like React) Strong Java and Spring Boot expertise for building microservices Knowledge of a modern JavaScript framework (React, Angular) Solid understanding of relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) Experience with JMS and Kafka Nice to know BPM platforms like Camunda, Flowable or Activity Experience in working with Git and CI/CD Strong experience with microservices architecture Producing high-quality code and technical documentation Proficiency in English and Polish (preferable C1 level) to communicate effectively with our clients Higher technical education (Information Technology or related) What we offer: Salary: 12 000 – 17 000 PLN (UZ or B2B) Training and certification funding, with time for learning during working hours Private medical care: Medicover Multisport Language classes (English) Flexible working hours Team meetings and integration events Referral bonus for recommending a new employee Possibility of hybrid work from our office in Warsaw
