IT Technical Lead - Office 365

Your responsibilities

• Manage the day‑to‑day administration, monitoring, and continuous optimization of Office 365 and Azure services (including Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Exchange Online), as well as support migration initiatives and the design of new services.
• Build, enhance, and maintain automation and low‑code solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint tools to streamline IT operations and improve business workflows.
• Work closely with Solution Architects, IT teams, and business stakeholders to plan, design, and deliver new technical solutions that meet organizational needs.
• Develop and update technical documentation, promote knowledge sharing across teams, and conduct training sessions for end users.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the team by assigning tasks, resolving issues, conducting performance evaluations, and ensuring consistent delivery of high‑quality services.
• Coordinate internal and external resources, manage team workload and availability, and ensure smooth operations in line with established SLAs.

Employer requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in IT, including hands‑on support and implementation of Office 365 services.
• Proven track record in designing, configuring, developing, implementing, testing, troubleshooting, deploying, and supporting Office 365‑based solutions.
• Strong command of English, with excellent communication skills.
• Practical experience working with Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders across diverse teams.
• ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent knowledge of ITIL practices.
